Our leadership team
As a business, our emphasis is to provide the best possible product for our customers on time, in budget whilst prioritising safety for all parties involved.
Mark started Earls Scaffolding in 2008 working on his own. His father bought into the company 3 year’s after and together they grew the business into what it is today.
As a former professional sports athlete and coach, Kevin adapted those skills and experiences into Earls Scaffolding. His work ethic, attitude and aptitude has greatly helped to provide a quality of service to customers at a competitive cost while maintaining our standards of excellence.
Dave has been in the scaffolding industry for around 30 years. He has learnt his trade and skills from working on the tools. Dave worked his way up firstly to Site Supervisor for major contracts and is now a Director of Operations.
Kim joined the company in July 2020 as Office Administrator. She has always worked in admin based roles since leaving school, including the glazing & locks industry, the NHS Ambulance Service and worked in London for a time for a large insurance company. As the only lady in the office, Kim has her work cut out keeping the lads in order.
We are a medium sized business with high expectations for our men and the work they do. We pride ourselves on safe working practices and a tidy job.
